The system performs the following:
If the process parameter 'Configurator Setup Completed?' is set as '1' in the “Set Options for Data Replication” activity, system validates if all the data setup is completed for all the Data Replication Configurator Screens and no activities are pending. If data setup is completed, the system updates ‘Configurator Setup’ status as “Completed”.
If the Configurator Setup is “Completed” and if the parameter ‘Allow modification of Data Replication Setup even if the Configurator Setup is "Completed"?’ is set as '1' in the “Set Options for Data Replication” activity, the system allows the user to add new operating unit and / or modify any existing information in the “Setup Operating Units for Data Replication” activity.
Note: If the above parameter is set as ’0’, the system does not allow the user to add new operating unit and / or modify any existing information in the “Setup Operating Units for Data Replication” activity.
Updates the subscription information automatically for the operating unit newly defined in the multiline, if the statuses of ‘Entity Setup’ and ‘Data Element’ activities are "Completed".
If a new operating unit is introduced, the system updates / copies the existing data i.e., Entity Details and Data Element Details which have already been created, to the new operating unit.
§ The default values needs to be set for the new Subscriber ID in the “Setup Default Values for Recipients” activity.
§ Subscriber level information will be copied to each Recipient Unit from “Setup Data Elements for Replication” screen. If the user wants to modify any record, he can modify the Replication Strategy from “Manage Data Subscription for Recipient” screen.
