The “Set Options for Data Replication” page appears.

Category

Use the drop-down list box and select the applicable categories for which parameters are enabled. The system lists “Entity Status for Replication” and “Configurator Setup”.

By default, the system leaves the filed blank.

The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:

Note: The system retrieves parameters in the multiline, based on the Category selected in the Search Criteria. On blank search, the system retrieves all the parameters.

Category

The applicable category for which parameters are enabled. The system displays “Entity Status for Replication” or “Configurator Setup” based on Category selected in the ‘Search Criteria’.

Parameter

The parameters defined for the selected ‘Category’.

Refer to the table for the list of parameters defined for the category.

Permitted Value

The permitted value for the parameter.

Value

The value defined for the parameter.

The system displays the following:

Status

The status indicating whether parameter is defined or not. The system displays “Defined” or Not Defined”.

Error Message

The error message displayed when the value you specify for the parameter is not valid

Note: The system display an error message, if any concurrent user attempts to modify the parameter details in the multiline.

The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user who last modified the record in the multiline.

Last Modified Date

Reference Status of Entity "Customer"

Enter ‘1’ for ‘Active’ and ‘2’ for ‘Inactive’

‘1’ or not defined, when the customer record is replicated for the first time, the Reference Status of the Customer Record is updated as 'Active' in the Target OU.

‘2’, Reference Status of the Customer Record is updated as 'Inactive' in the Target OU.

Status of Entity “Engineering Order”

Enter ‘1’ for ‘Fresh’, ‘2’ for ‘Released’

‘1’, Status of the Engineering Order is updated as ‘Fresh’ in the Target OU.

‘2’ or not defined, Status of Engineering Order is updated as ‘Released’ in the Target OU.

Operational Status of Entity "Customer"

Enter ‘1’ for ‘Active’ and ‘2’ for ‘Inactive’

'1' or not defined, Operational Status of the Customer Record is updated as 'Active' in the Target OU.

‘2’, Operational Status of the Customer Record is updated as 'Inactive' in the Target OU.

Status of Entity "Supplier"

Enter ‘1’ for ‘Active’ and ‘2’ for ‘Inactive’

'1' or not defined, Supplier Status of the record is updated as 'Active' in the Target OU.

‘2’, Supplier Status of the record is updated as 'Inactive' in the Target OU.

Config. Status of Entity "Part Configuration"

Enter ‘1’ for ‘Fresh’ and ‘2’ for ‘Approved’

‘1’ or not defined, Config. Status of the record is updated as 'Fresh' in the Target OU.

‘2’, Config. Status of the record is updated as 'Approved' in the Target OU.

Config. Status of Entity "Model Configuration"

Enter ‘1’ for ‘Fresh’ and ‘2’ for ‘Approved’

‘1’ or not defined, Config. Status of the record is updated as 'Fresh' in the Target OU.

‘2’, Config. Status of the record is updated as 'Approved' in the Target OU.

Status of Entity "Part Program"

Enter ‘1’ for ‘Fresh’ and ‘2’ for ‘Active’

Configurator Setup

Configurator Setup Completed?

Enter ‘0’ for ‘No’ and ‘1’ for ‘Yes’

‘1’, the system validates if all the data setup is completed for all the Data Replication Configurator Screens and no activities are pending. If data setup is completed, the system updates Configurator Setup as 'Completed' in “Setup Operating Units for Data Replication” screen.

It is a one-time option and cannot be modified as ‘0’, once set as ‘1’. If few activities are pending then, error message is displayed in the multiline.

Allow modification of Data Replication Setup even if the Configurator Setup is "Completed"?

Enter ‘0’ for ‘No’ and ‘1’ for ‘Yes’

‘0’, and if the Configurator Setup is “Completed", the system does not allow the user to modify or add any information in the Data Replication Configurator screens.

‘1’, the system allows modification in the Configurator screens.

Source Operating Unit

Enter the Subscriber ID of the Source Operating Unit to manage data replication

When Subscriber ID entered is invalid, the system displays error message.
