Selecting aircraft to view planned visit packages

This page allows you to search for and select the aircraft to view the visit packages assigned to it. You can carry out a search based on filter criteria, such as the aircraft registration number, aircraft model and the planning base with which the aircraft is associated. The system retrieves all the aircraft, based on the filter criteria. The system displays the total number of visit packages assigned to the aircraft.
Select the “View Allocations” link under the “Compliance Tracking & Control” business component.
The “Aircraft Selection” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box, to search for the aircraft.
Aircraft Reg # |
The registration number of the aircraft (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the aircraft registration number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the aircraft with the registration numbers that are similar to the value specified here. Leave this field blank to search for all the aircraft. |
Aircraft Model # |
The model number to which the aircraft belongs (Alphanumeric, 20). You can enter the aircraft model number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the aircraft that belong to the aircraft model specified here. Leave this field blank to search for the aircraft, irrespective of the aircraft model. |
Planning Base |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the organizational unit that owns the aircraft. The system retrieves all the aircraft associated with the planning base specified here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the aircraft, irrespective of its planning base. |
Field Base |
Use the drop-down list box to select the field base to which the aircraft is associated. The system lists all distinct work centers along with their parent work centers. The system retrieves all the aircraft associated to the work center selected here. Leave the field blank to retrieve the aircraft irrespective of the work center. |
Note: If the selected work center has child work centers, then all the aircraft mapped to the selected work center or any of its child work centers, will be retrieved.
Leave all the fields in the “Search Criteria” group box blank, to retrieve all the aircraft defined in the system.
Click the “Search” pushbutton, to search for the aircraft, based on the search criteria.
The system displays the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

The number that identifies the aircraft |
Aircraft Model # |
The number that identifies the model of the aircraft |
Model Description |
The description of the aircraft model |
Planning Base |
The organization unit with which the aircraft is associated |
Field Base |
The work center to which the aircraft is associated. |
Active Visit Package Count |
The total number of visit packages for an aircraft raised in the particular planning base. The system excludes the visit packages in the “Closed” and “Canceled” status. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline, to select the aircraft to view the visit packages assigned to it.
To proceed, carry out the following
Select the “View Assignments” link at the bottom of the page, to view the visit packages allocated to the aircraft.
Select the “Launch PMT to View Forecasted Maintenance Arisings” link at the bottom of the page to view the forecasted maintenance arisings.
