Viewing planned visit packages assigned to an aircraft
This page enables you to view the visit packages that have been assigned to an aircraft. You can view the number, execution unit, station, status, category, grounding date and the planned end date of the visit package.
Select the “View Assignments” link in the “Aircraft Selection” page.
The “Assignment Information” page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The system displays the following in the “Aircraft Details” group box:
Aircraft Reg # |
The aircraft selected in the previous page |
Aircraft Model # |
The model to which the aircraft belongs |
The system displays the following in the “Assignment Details” multiline:
Execution Unit |
The organization unit where the maintenance activity is executed |
Station |
The station in the execution unit where the visit package is executed |
Visit Package # |
The number that identifies the visit package assigned to the aircraft |
Status |
The status of the visit package, which could be ”Fresh”, “Confirmed”, “Released” “Partially Released” or “Revised” |
Primary Work Center # |
The unique number identifying the primary work center |
Visit Category |
The category to which the visit package belongs |
Grounding Date |
The grounding date of the aircraft for the execution of the visit package |
Planned End Date |
The planned end date of the visit package |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline, to select the visit package to view the visit package details or the precluded work unit details.
To proceed, carry out the following
Select the “View Visit Package” link at the bottom of the page, to view the details of the selected visit package.
Select the “View Precluded Work unit Details” link at the bottom of the page to view the precluded work units of the selected visit package.
