This page allows you to conduct a search based on the employee work details.

The “Primary Search Criteria” tab page appears.

Note: This tab page appears by default.

The system displays the following fields:

Date & Time Format

The format in which the date and time fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

Display Options

Use the drop-down list box to specify the status used by the employee for recording time sheet. The system displays one of the following:

• Direct – If employee has logged on to any CWO/Task i.e only if the CWO/Task exist in “Work Details” multiline only with “Start Date & Time”, and with “Updation Mode” as “Clock”.

• Indirect – If employee has logged on to indirect work i.e., only if start time exists for an indirect work reporting.

• Direct & Indirect – If both the conditions listed above are satisfied

Emp. Base Work Center #

Use the drop-down list box to specify the base work center of the employee. The system lists all the active work centers for which the user has access rights, as defined in the “Work Center” business component. By default, the system displays the base work center of the employee mapped to the login user.

Employee #

The number identifying the employee for whom actuals have to be reported (Alphanumeric, 20). You can enter the employee number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the employee details for the employee number specified here.

Employee Name

The name of the employee for whom actuals have to be reported (Alphanumeric, 77). You can enter the employee name in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the employee details for the employee name specified here.

Attendance Type

Use the drop-down list box to specify the attendance type of the employee. The system lists the option “Normal” and all the quick codes identified for “Attendance Type” in the “Work Center” business component.

The system displays “Normal” by default.

In-Direct Category

Use the drop-down list box to select the quick code applicable for the type “In-Direct Category”. The system lists all the active quick codes defined for quick code type "In-direct Category" in the Component Work Order, Hangar Work Reporting and Flight Log business components. The system retrieves all the indirect work hour details belonging to the category selected here. The system leaves this field blank by default.

Worked Date: From

The date starting from which the employee actuals have to be reported Date Format).

If this page is invoked from “Component Work Reporting” business component, the system subtracts the backdated reporting time limit set in the “Set Options” activity from the system date, and displays the resulting date by default.

If this page is invoked from “Hangar Work Reporting” business component, the system subtracts the backdated reporting time limit set in the “Set Options” activity from the system date, and displays the resulting date by default.

Worked Date: To

The date until which the employee actuals have to be reported (Date Format). The date entered here should not be earlier than the date specified in the “Worked Date: From” field.

Tot. Hours/Day

The cumulative hours reported for any given date against the work orders or tasks (Decimal). Use the drop-down list box provided alongside and select the option “<” or “>” to specify whether the total hours recorded by the employee is less than or greater than value entered here. The system retrieves all the labor records of the employees, whose total polled hours including the indirect hours for any given date is less than or greater than the value specified here.

The system displays the option “>” by default.

Worked Hours/Day

The cumulative worked hours recorded for any given date against the work orders or tasks (Decimal). Use the drop-down list box provided alongside and select the option “<” or “>” to specify whether the worked hours recorded by the employee is less than or greater than the value entered here. The system retrieves all the labor records of the employees, whose total hours is less than or greater than the value specified here.

The system displays the option “>” by default.
