Modifying execution document based search criteria for labor hours
This page allows you to conduct a search based on the execution document.
Select the “Execution Document Based Search Criteria” tab page to conduct search based on the execution document.
The “Execution Document Based Search Criteria” tab page appears.
The system displays the following fields:
Date & Time Format |
The format in which the date and time fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
Enter the following fields in the “Execution Document Based Search Criteria” tab page. Data entry in the following fields is optional:
Order Type |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of the work order. The system lists the options “Component Work Order”, “Hangar Work Order”, “A/C Maint. Exe. Ref #” and “Blank”. The system displays blank by default. |
Work Center # |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the work center in which the work order is executed. The system lists all the active work centers for which the user has access rights, as defined in the “Work Center” business component. The system leaves this field blank by default. |
Aircraft Reg # |
The aircraft registration number on which the hangar work order is generated. You can enter the aircraft registration number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the employee details for the aircraft registration number specified here. |
Component # |
The number identifying the component on which the work order is generated (Alphanumeric, 90). You can enter the component number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the labor records reported against the CWOs/HWOs of the given component number on which work orders are generated. |
Visit Package # |
The number identifying the visit package (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the visit package number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the labor records reported for the HWOs belonging to the specified visit package. |
Work Scope # |
The number identifying the work scope for the component (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the work scope number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the labor records reported for the CWOs belonging to the specified work scope. |
Work Order # |
The number identifying the work order, which may be component work order or hangar work order (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the work order number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the employee details for the work order number specified here. |
A/C Maint. Exe. Ref # |
The number identifying the A/C Maint. Exe. Ref # for which the employee work hours is to be recorded (Alphanumeric, 40). Ensure that the A/C Maint. Exe. Ref # is valid and is in “Fresh” or “Hold Release” status |
Task # |
The number identifying the task against which you need to update the employee actuals (Alphanumeric, 30). The system lists all the task numbers that are associated with the corresponding work order. You can enter the task number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the employee details for the task specified here. |
Clock Status |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the clock status. The system lists the values “Direct Running”, “In-direct Running” and “Direct & In-direct Running”. By default, the system leaves this field blank. If you leave this field blank, the system retrieves all the labor records of the employees, irrespective of the clock running status. |
