The system displays the following fields in the “CWO Details” multiline according to the filter criteria and "Display Option" specified.

Note: The system retrieves only those CWO records whose job type is “Component” and owning agency number and owning agency name matches with the customer number and customer name entered in the search criteria.

Comp. Work Order #

The component work order that must be scheduled.

Task #

The number identifying the CWO - task that must be scheduled. This field appears blank if you have set the "Display Option" field to "CWO".

Part #

The part number to which the component belongs.

Part Description

The textual description of the part.

Part Serial #

The serial number of the component against which the CWO is raised.

Work Center #

The work center that will carry out the execution of CWO - task associated to the component work order. If you have set the "Display Option" field to "CWO", the system displays the primary work center in which the CWO must be executed.

CWO Status

The status of the component work order, which could be “Fresh”, “Scheduled” or “In Progress”.

The transient status of the component work order

Task Status

The status of the CWO - task that must be scheduled. This field appears blank if you have set the "Display Option" field to "CWO".

Planned Start Date

The date on which the CWO or CWO - task execution will be started (Date Format). This field cannot be modified for a CWO or CWO - task that is in “In Progress” status.

Planned Start Time

The time at which the CWO or CWO - task execution will be started (Time Format). If no start time is specified for the component work order, the system automatically assigns “0.00” as the planned start time for the CWO or task.

Planned End Date

The date on which the CWO or CWO - task execution will be completed (Date Format).

Planned End Time

The time at which the CWO or CWO - task execution will be completed (Time Format). If no completion time is specified for the component work order, the system automatically assigns “23.59” as the planned completion time for the CWO or CWO - task.

The system considers work center – rota schedule mapping or “Standard Work Calendar” of “Common Master” business component to calculate the difference between the planned start date or time and planned end date or time.

.If you leave the above fields blank, the system sets these fields with the values entered in the “Default Planned Start Date & Time” and “Default Planned End Date & Time” fields in the “Schedule Options” group box.

If you have specified only the “Planned Start Date”, the system calculates the end date by adding the “Est. Elapsed Time” of the CWO to the “Planned Start Date”. Similarly, if you have specified only the “Planned End Date”, the system calculates the start date by subtracting the “Est. Elapsed Time” of the CWO from the end date.

The system displays the following fields:

CWO Priority

Indicates the priority for execution of the component work order.  

Source Document Type

The type of the source document that is responsible for component work order generation.

Re-Schedule Count

The number of times the component work order or CWO - task has been re-scheduled. If the component work order has not been re-scheduled earlier, the system displays “0” in this field.

Schedule Remarks

Any remark or comment pertaining to the component work order or CWO - task scheduling (Alphanumeric, 255).

Source Document #

The number identifying the source document due to which the component work order is generated.

Task Description

The textual description of the CWO - task. This field appears blank if you have set the "Display Option" field to "CWO".

CWO Description

The textual description of the component work order.

Customer #

The number identifying the customer.

Customer Name

The name of the customer.

Ensure the following conditions before scheduling the component work order or CWO - task:

A) If you have set authorization as 'mandatory' in the “Set Options” activity, ensure that the component work order or CWO - task is authorized before scheduling.

B) If the CWO has any precedence CWO, ensure that the planned start date of the CWO in the multiline or the default planned start date is not earlier than the planned start date of the precedence CWO.

C) If you have set the option of validating the task sequencing in the “Set Options” activity, ensure that the start date of the selected task is not earlier than the start date of the preceding task or the task with the lesser sequence number.

D) Ensure that the component work order selected for scheduling has at least one task associated to it.

Note: The task/work order details you modify in the multiline are reflected in the Gantt chart; likewise any change in the schedule of tasks/work orders made in the Gantt chart using the drag and drop facility are replicated in the Work Order Details multiline.
