Confirming Initialized Monthly Reliability Data for ATA #
In this page, you can confirm the reliability data of the ATA number. You can select the month and year for which the monthly reliability data is to be confirmed. You can also enter the comments pertaining to the confirmation. The system displays the number and the chapter description of the ATA, the number of discrepancy, status and remarks pertaining to the reliability data.
Select the “Confirm Initialized Monthly Reliability Data for ATA #” link under the “Select Fleet” page.
The “Confirm Initialized Monthly Reliability Data for ATA#” page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date and time fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Fleet Details”:
Fleet # |
A unique number assigned to the fleet. |
Reliability Calendar # |
The number identifying the reliability calendar. |
Valid From Month – Year |
The year and month from which the reliability calendar begins. |
Valid To Month – Year |
The year and month in which the reliability calendar ends. |
Enter the following fields in the “Month Details” group box:
Month |
Use the drop-down list box to select the month. The system displays the ATA values that have been initialized for the month selected here. |
Year |
Use the drop-down list box to select the year. The system displays all the values of the year in the ascending order within the span of "Valid From Year" and "Valid To Year" as defined for the selected calendar. |
Click the “Get Details” pus button to retrieve the results.
Enter the following in the “Month Details” multiline:
Confirmation Comments |
Any comments pertaining to the confirmation of the initialized alert value (Alphanumeric, 255). |
The system displays the following in the “ATA Details” multiline:
ATA # |
A unique number identifying the system in the aircraft. |
Chapter Description |
The textual description of the ATA chapter. |
Number of Discrepancy |
The total number of discrepancies reported for the ATA chapter. |
Status |
The status of the initialized alert value, which can be “Fresh” or ”Confirmed”. |
Remarks |
Any comments pertaining to the ATA details. |
Click the “Confirm Initialized Value” pushbutton to confirm the initialized reliability data.

Select the “Confirm Initialized Monthly Reliability Data for Part #” link at the bottom of the page to confirm the initialized alert value for Part #.
Select the "Confirm Initialized Monthly Reliability Alert Value for Part #” link at the bottom of the page to confirm the initialized alert value for Part #.
Select the “Initialize Monthly Reliability Data for ATA #” link at the bottom of the page to confirm the initialized alert value for ATA #.
Select the “Confirm Initialized Monthly Usage for Fleet” link at the bottom of the page to confirm the initialized monthly usage for a fleet.
You can select the month and the year for which the initialized reliability data has to be confirmed.
Select the month for which the initialized reliability data has to be confirmed in the “Month” drop-down list box.
Select the year for which the initialized reliability data has to be confirmed in the “Year” drop-down list box.
