Confirming Initialized Monthly Reliability Data for Part #
In this page, you can confirm the reliability data of the part number. The system displays the month and year for which the monthly reliability data of the part has to be confirmed. You can also enter the comments pertaining to the confirmation. The system displays the number and the description of the part, number of removals, status and remarks pertaining to the reliability data. Tell me more.
Select the “Confirm Initialized Monthly Reliability Data for Part #” link at the bottom of the “Confirm Initialized Monthly Reliability Alert Value for ATA” page.
The “Confirm Initialized Monthly Reliability Data for Part #” page appears.
The system displays the following:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields must be entered. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The system displays the following field in the “Period Details”:
Fleet # |
A unique number assigned to the fleet. |
Reliability Calendar # |
The number identifying the reliability calendar. |
Valid From Month – Year |
The year and month from which the reliability calendar begins. |
Valid To Month – Year |
The year and month in which the reliability calendar ends. |
ATA # |
The number identifying the ATA chapter. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the results
The system displays the following the in the “Month Details” group box.
Month |
The month for which the initialized monthly reliability data are to be confirmed. |
Year |
The year for which the initialized monthly reliability data are to be confirmed. |
Enter the following in the “Month Details” group box:
Confirmation Comments |
Any comments pertaining to the confirmation of the initialized alert value (Alphanumeric, 255). Zoom facility available. |
The system displays the following the in the “Part Details” multiline.
Part # |
A unique number identifying the part. |
Part Description |
The textual description of the part. |
Number of Removals |
The number of removals of the component. |
Status |
The status of the initialized alert value, which can be “Fresh” or ”Confirmed”. |
Flying Hours |
The value of the parameter as updated from the parameter source i.e. flying hours or flying cycles. |
Remarks |
Any comments pertaining to the part details. |
Click the “Confirm Initialized Value” pushbutton to confirm the initialized reliability alert value.
