Initializing Alert Value for Part #

In this page, you can initialize the reliability alert value for part numbers. The fleet number and the ATA number are displayed. You can specify the part number for the displayed fleet and ATA. You can also specify the initial alert value for the corresponding part number. The part description and the status of the initialized alert value are displayed. Tell Me More
Select the “Initialize Alert Value for Part #” link at the bottom of the “Initialize Reliability Alert Value for ATA#”.
The “Initialize Alert Value for Part #” page appears.
The system displays the following:

Date Format |
The format in which the date fields must be entered. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The system displays the following field in the “Fleet Details” group box:

Fleet # |
A unique number assigned to the fleet. |
|
ATA # |
A unique code identifying the ATA. |
|
As On Date |
The starting date in the range of dates from which the initialization of the reliability alert values will be valid. |

Effective Till Date |
The ending date in the range of dates until which the initialization of the reliability alert values will be valid. |
Enter the following in the “Fleet Details” group box.

Remarks |
Any comments pertaining to the fleet details. Zoom Facility Available. |

Part # |
A unique number identifying the part for which the initial alert value is to be entered. (Alphanumeric, 40). Mandatory. Help Facility Available. |

The textual description of the part. |

Initial Reliability Alert |
The initialization of reliability alert values is provided by either the operator or OEM . |

The status of the initialized alert value. |
Enter the following:

Remarks |
Any comments pertaining to the part details. (Alphanumeric,255). |
Click the “Initialize” pushbutton to initialize the reliability alert value.

You can specify the initial alert value for the selected part number.
Enter the alert value in the “Initial Alert Value” group box.
This initial value will form the basis for comparing the part of the component.
