Generate Qualification Report

This page enables the user to generate the Qualification Report for employees based on some filters. The Report displays the qualification details of employees.
Select the “Generate Qualification Report” activity under the “Manage Employee Roster” business component.
The “Generate Qualification Report” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:
Valid Between Date |
The starting date from which the report is to be generated. |

The ending date until which the report is to be generated. |
Employee # |
The employee whose qualification report is to be generated. |
Qualification Code |
The qualification code of the employee. |
Work Center |
Use the drop-down list box to select the work center of the employee. The system lists all the ‘active’ workcenters defined in the “Create Work Center” activity of the “Work Center” business component. |
Organizational Unit |
Use the drop-down list box to select the login Organization unit of the user. The system lists the login Organization unit of the user. |
Report Generation Option |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the report generation option. The system lists the following values: § Flight Operations – Displays the report of all employees with job family mapped to the role "Pilot", "Co-Pilot", "Instructor", "Crew" defined in “Set Sales Process Parameters” activity of the “Customer” business component. § Maintenance – Displays the report of all employees those are not under flight operations. The system displays the value “Flight Operations”, by default on page launch. |
Click the “Generate Qualification Report” link to generate the qualification Report for employees.
The report is generated with all qualifications selected in report generation criteria as columns and all employees in report generation criteria as rows.
Note: If no employee is selected the report displays all employees based on Report Generation Option.
If an employee is selected, work center is disregarded and the report is generated for that employee.
If an employee is selected, report generation option is disregarded and the report is generated for that employee.
