Associating Employees to Roster Group

This tab enables to associate employees to the Roster Group #.

Roster Group #

Use the drop-down list box to select the number identifying the roster group. The system lists all the ‘active’ roster groups. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

Employee #

The number identifying the employee.

Help facility available.

Roster Group #

Use the drop-down list box to select the number identifying the roster group. The system lists all the ‘active’ roster groups. Mandatory.

Employee #

The number identifying the employee associated to the roster group. Mandatory.

Help facility available.

The system displays the following field:

Employee Name

The name of the employee associated to the roster group.

Display Seq. #

The display sequence number of the employee in Roster Group.

Effective From

The date from which the roster group is effective. Mandatory.

Effective To

The date until which the roster group is effective.

The system displays the following fields:

Job Classification

The job classification of the employee defined in the HRMS business component.

Employee Status

The status of the employee defined in the HRMS business component.

Remarks

Any remarks regarding the roster group #.

Addl. Reference

Any additional reference regarding the roster group #.

The system displays the following fields:

Created By

The name of the user who created the roster group #.

Created Date

The date on which the roster group # was created.

Last Modified By

The user who last modified the roster group #.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the roster group # was last modified.
