Viewing error log details

You can use this tab to view the error log pertaining to the component replacement transaction.
Select the “Error Log” tab in the “View Component Replacement Details” page.
The system displays the following fields in the “Error Log” multiline.

Error ID |
The unique number identifying the error. |
|
Error Description |
The textual description of the error. |
|
Status |
The status of the error, which could be “Pending” or “Closed”. |
|
Logged Date & Time |
The date and time at which the error was recorded for the component replacement transaction. |
|
Processed Date & Time |
The date and time at which the error was processed. |

Select the “Removal/Installation Details” tab in the main page, to view the component removal and installation details.
