Viewing the maintenance history of the component
This page allows you to view the maintenance history of the component and part number. Tell me more.
Select the “View Maintenance List” link in the “Select Component” page.
The “View maintenance History” page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date and time fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Component Details” group box:
Component # |
The component selected in the previous page. |
Part # |
The part number to which the component belongs. |
Serial # |
The serial number to which the component belongs. |
Part Description |
The textual description of the part. Zoom facility available. |
Enter the following in the “Period Details” group box:
From Date |
The starting date from which you need to view the maintenance history of the component (Date Format). Ensure this date is equal to or less than the “To Date”. |
Note: Leave this field blank, to retrieve the maintenance history of the component till the “To Date”.
To Date |
The ending date till which you need to view the maintenance history of the component (Date Format). Ensure this date is equal to or greater than the “To Date” and not greater than the current server date. |
Note: Leave this field blank, to retrieve the maintenance history of the component from the “From Date” till the current server date.
Click the “Search” pushbutton, to retrieve the maintenance history of the component, for the specified period.
The system displays the following details in the “CWO Details” multiline:
Comp. Work Order # |
The number that identifies the component work order of the component. |
Maintenance Type |
The type of maintenance, which could be “Overhaul”, “Inspection”, “Repair” or “Others”, performed on the component. |
Ref. Document Type |
The type of the reference document that is referred during CWO execution. |
Ref Document # |
The number identifying the reference document that is referred during CWO execution. |
Planned Start Date |
The date on which the CWO was planned to be started. |
Actual Start Date |
The date on which the CWO was started. |
Planned End Date |
The date on which the CWO was planned to be completed. |
Actual End Date |
The date on which the CWO was completed. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline, to mark the component work order for viewing CWO or work unit details.
To proceed, carry out the following
Select the “View CWO Details” link, to view the component work order details of the component.
Select the “View Work Unit Details” link, to view the work unit details of the component.
Viewing the maintenance history of the component – An overview
In this page, you can view the maintenance history of the component and part number. You can view the maintenance type, reference document type and the reference document for the component maintenance. You can also view the schedule details such as the planned and actual start and end dates of the maintenance activity of the component as defined in the “Component Work Reporting” business component.
