This page allows you to view the details of the work units of the selected component work order and component.  Tell me more.

The “View Work unit Details” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date field is displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

The system displays the following details in the “CWO Details” group box:

Comp. Work Order #

The component work order for which the work unit details are displayed.

Component #

The component for which the component work order is raised.

Part #

The part number of the component for which the component work order is raised.

Serial #

The serial number of the component for which the component work order is raised.

The system displays the following fields in the “Task Details” multiline:

Task #

The number that identifies the task in the component work order.

Revision #

The revision number of the task.

Status

The status of the task.

Planned Start Date & Time

The date and time on which the task is planned to be started.

Actual Start Date & Time

The date and time on which the task is started.

Planned End Date & Time

The date and time on which the task is planned to be completed.

Actual End Date & Time

The date and time on which the task is completed.

Time Unit

The unit of measurement for the duration of the task, which could be “Hours”, “Days” or “Weeks”.

Actual Duration

The time taken to complete the task.

Resource Cost

The cost of resources that is incurred for the task execution.

Material Cost

The cost of material that is incurred for the task execution.

Misc. Cost

Any other cost that is incurred for the task execution.

Total Cost

The total cost that is incurred for the task execution.

Work Center #

The work center in which the task was executed.

Task Description

View Maintenance History  - An Overview

This page allows you to view the details of the work units of the selected component work order and component. In this page, you can view the details of the tasks that must be performed while executing the component work order. You can view the task details such as the task number, revision number and status. You can view schedule details such as the planned start and end date and time, actual start and end date and time and duration of the task. You can also view resource, material, miscellaneous and total cost of executing the task.
