Viewing the details of the selected CWO

This page allows you to view the details of the component work order selected in the “Select Component Work Order” page. Tell me more.

Select the “View CWO Details” link in the “Select Component Work Order” page.

The “View CWO Details” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “CWO Details” group box:

Comp. Work Order #	The CWO number for which the details are displayed.
Component #	The component for which the component work order is generated.
CWO Description	The textual description of the component work order. Zoom facility available.
Part #	The part number of the component.
Serial #	The serial number of the component.
Work Center #	The work center in which the tasks listed in the component work order are executed.
Parent CWO #	The number that identifies the parent CWO to the current CWO.
Planned Start Date	The date on which the CWO was scheduled to be started.
Actual Start Date	The date on which the CWO was started.
Planned End Date	The date on which the CWO was scheduled to be completed.
Actual End Date	The date on which the CWO was completed.
Estimated Duration	The estimated time for the completion of the CWO.
Actual Duration	The actual time taken for the completion of the CWO.

The system displays the following details in the “Cost Details” group box:

Resource Cost	The cost of resources incurred on the component work order.
Material Cost	The cost of material incurred on the component work order.
Misc. Cost	Any other cost that incurred on the component work order.
Total Cost	The total cost incurred on the component work order.
No of Sub-CWOs	The number of child component work orders attached to the current component work order.
Total Sub- CWO Cost	The total cost incurred on the child component work orders.

The system displays the following fields in the “Task Details” multiline:

Task Seq #	The number that identifies the sequence of the task in the component work order.
Task #	The number that identifies the task in the component work order.
Task Description	The textual description of the task.
Revision #	The revision number of the task.
Status	The status of the task.
Work Center #	The work center in which the task is executed.
Planned Start Date	The date on which the task was planned to be started.
Actual Start Date	The date on which the task was started.
Planned End Date	The date on which the task was planned to be completed.
Actual End Date	The date on which the task was completed.
Time Unit	The unit of measurement for the duration of the task, which could be “Hours”, “Days” or “Weeks”.
Actual Duration	The time taken to complete the task.
Resource Cost	The cost of resources that was incurred for the task execution.
Material Cost	The cost of material that was incurred for the task execution.
Misc. Cost	Any other cost that was incurred for the task execution.
Total Cost	The total cost that was incurred for the task execution.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline, to view the employee, parts and resources consumed for the component work order.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “View Employee Usage Details” link at the bottom of the page, to view the employee usage details for the component work order.
Select the “View Parts Consumption Details” link at the bottom of the page, to view the part consumption details for the component work order.
Select the “View Resource Usage Details” link at the bottom of the page, to view the resource consumption details for the component work order.

Viewing the details of the selected CWO – An overview

This page allows you to view the details of the component work order selected in the “Select Component Work Order” page. You can view details such as CWO number, component, CWO description, part number, serial number, work center number and parent CWO number. You can view the schedule details such as the planned start and end date, actual start and end date, estimated and actual duration of the component work order.

You can view the cost details such as the resource cost, material cost, miscellaneous cost, total cost, total number of child CWOs and the cost incurred on them.

You can view the details of the task such as the task number and the sequence, revision number, task description, status of the task, work center at which the task is executed and the scheduled details of the task.
