Viewing resource consumption details for a component work order

This page allows you to view the consumption of resource reported against a task or component work order. Tell me more.

Select the “View Resource Usage Details” link in the “View CWO Details” page.

The “View Resource Usage” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “CWO Details” group box:

Comp. Work Order #

The component work order selected in the previous page.

CWO Description

The textual description of the component work order.

Zoom facility available.

Enter the following fields:

Task #

Use the drop-down list box to select the task for which you need to view the resource usage details. The system displays the numbers (along with the sequence number) of all the tasks within the selected component work order.

Note: If no task number is selected, the system displays the resource details for the entire component work order.

Work Center #	Use the drop-down list box to select the work center in which the resource is consumed. The system displays all the work centers for the login organization unit.
Resource #	Use the drop-down list box to select the resource for which you need to view the consumption details. The system displays all the work centers for the login organization unit. Leave this field blank, to retrieve the resource usage details for the task and component work order.

Click the “Search” pushbutton, to retrieve the resource consumption details for the task and component work order.

The system displays the following in the “Resource Details” multiline:

Resource #	The number that identifies the resource required to execute the task or component work order.
Resource Type	The type of resource, which is required to execute the task.
Resource Description	The textual description of the resource.
Work Center #	The work center in which the resource is consumed.
Resource Hours	The actual duration of time for which the resource is utilized.
Assigned Hours	The scheduled number of hours for which the resource is assigned to the task or component work order.
From Date	The date starting from which the resource is assigned to the task or component work order.
From Time	The time starting from which the resource is assigned to the task or component work order.
To Date	The date till which the resource is assigned to the task or component work order.
To Time	The time till which the resource is assigned to the task or component work order.
Attendance Type	The attendance type, such as holiday, overtime, and normal, while executing the task.
Comments	Additional remarks pertaining to the resource utilized for the task.

Viewing resource consumption details for a component work order – An Overview

In this page, you can view the consumption of resource reported against a task or component work order. You can specify the task number, work center number and the resource number for which you need to view the resource usage. The system displays the resource consumption details such as the resource code, type, description, work center, actual hours for which the resource is utilized for the selected task, assigned hours, start date and time, end date and time and attendance type. If the task number is not specified, the system displays the resource actuals reported directly against the component work order.
