Inherit Task Revisions to Package   - A summary of the activity

The “Inherit Task Revisions to Package” activity facilitates the inheritance of task revision changes by those packages that have been assigned the task. Generally, the tasks are revised whenever the attributes need to be updated / modified based on engineering document or notifications from external agencies or part / aircraft manufacturers.

The users can find out the tasks that have been revised since the tasks were assigned to the packages for execution based on search criteria. The search and retrieval of assigned tasks is based on Task #, Task Discretion and execution document #.The search retrieves / displays crucial information including the revision of the task that was assigned to the work package, the new task revision that is now active and the activation date of the new revision.
