Viewing execution organization unit level work center details

This page allows you to view the details of the execution organizational unit to which the work center is associated. Schedule details, certificate details and details such as status, association status, component effectivity, model effectivity, work phone number, parent work center are displayed in this page.

Select the “View Exe. Org. Unit Level Work Center Details” link at the bottom of the “Select Work Center” page.

The “View Exe. Org. Unit Level Work Center Details” page appears.

The system displays the details of the work center hierarchy. The details, such as the “Primary Work Cnters” and the “Child Work Centers” associated to each primary work center, are displayed in the form of a tree structure.

The system displays the following:

Date & Time Format

The format in which the date and time fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “Work Center Details” group box:

Work Center #	The work center for which the execution organizational unit details are displayed
Work Center Description	The textual description of the work center.
Work Center Type	The type of the work center, which could be “Hangar”, “Bay”, "Shop", "Line" or “Others”.
Cost Center	The code identifying the cost center associated to the work center.
Exe. Org Unit	The number identifying the login execution organizational unit
Exe. Org Unit Desc	The textual description of the execution organizational unit.
Station Name	The name of the station that is identified for the login execution organizational unit in the “Create Station” activity of the “Common Master” business component.
Work Phone #	The work phone number.
Parent Work Center #	The number identifying the parent work center.
Level #	The level of the hierarchy at which the work center is located.
Number of Employees	The number of employees associated to the work center.
Work Center Category	The category to which the work center belongs.
Model Effectivity	Indicates whether the model effectivity details are entered for the work center.
Component Effectivity	Indicates whether the component effectivity details are entered for the work center.
Status	The status of the work center.
Association Status	Indicates whether the work center is already associated to the execution organizational unit.
Ref. Work Center #	The code identifying the reference work center for the execution work center.

The system displays the following in the “Execution Capability Details” group box. The boxes that are checked are applicable for the work center.

Hangar Jobs	Indicates that the work center is capable of performing hangar maintenance activities.
Shop Jobs	Indicates that the work center is capable of performing shop maintenance activities.
Line Jobs	Indicates that the work center is capable of performing line maintenance activities.
All	Indicates that the work center is capable of performing all maintenance activities.

The system displays the following fields in the “Schedule Details” group box:

Rota Schedule Code	The code identifying the Rota Schedule associated to the work center
Rota Schedule	The textual description of the rota schedule.
Rota Plan Code	The code identifying the rota plan to which the rota schedule belongs.
Rota Plan	The textual description of the rota plan
Effective From	The date from which the rota schedule is valid
Effective To	The date till which the rota schedule is valid

The system displays the following fields in the “Break Details” group box:

Lunch Start Time	The time at which the lunch session starts at the work center.
Lunch End Time	The time at which the lunch session ends at the work center.
Dinner Start Time	The time at which the dinner session starts at the work center.
Dinner End Time	The time at which the dinner session ends at the work center.

The system displays following fields in the “Certification Details” multiline.

Work Center Certificate #	The number identifying the certificate that is associated to the work center
Certificate Title	The title of the certificate
Certifying Authority	The authority that issues the certificate
Certificate Type	The type of the certificate.
Certificate Applicability	The certificate applicability, which could be “Aircraft”, "Component" or "Aircraft & Component”.
Certificate Group	The certificate group.
Date of Issue	The date on which the certificate is issued
Valid From	The date from which the certificate is valid
Valid To	The date till which the certificate is valid
Comments	Any comment regarding the certificate
Remarks	Any remark regarding the certificate
File Name	The name of the file that contains the certificate details
