Viewing certificate applicability details

This page allows you to view the certificate applicability details for the work center. The aircraft model, part number or part group for which the certificate is applicable are displayed. You can select a certificate and view the applicability details.

Select the “View Certification Effectivity Details” link at the bottom of the “View Exe. Org. Unit Level Work Center Details” page.

The “View Work Center Certification Effectivity Details” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Work Center Details” group box:

Work Center #	The work center for which the certificate applicability details must be defined.
Work Center Type	The type of the work center, which could be “Hangar”, “Bay”, "Shop", "Line" or “Others”.
Work Center Description	The textual description of the work center.
Component Effectivity Basis	Indicates whether the certificate is applicable to part number or part group.

Enter the following field in the “Certification Details” group box:

Work Certificate #

Use the drop-down list box to select the certificate for which the applicability details must be viewed. The system lists all the certificates associated to the work center.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the applicability details for the selected certificate

The system displays the following fields:

Certificate Title	The title of the certificate.
Certificate Applicability	Indicates whether the certificate is applicable for “Aircraft”, “Component” or "Aircraft or Component".
Certifying Authority	The authority that issues the certificate.

The system displays the certificate applicability details in the “Certification Effectivity Details” multiline.

Aircraft Model #	The number identifying the aircraft model for which the certificate is applicable
Part # / Part Group	The number identifying the part or part group for which the certificate is applicable.
Associated Part Applicability	Indicates the work center certificate applicability for the part. The system lists one of the following options: “Base Part” – Indicates that the work center certificate is applicable for the specified part and also for all those parts for which the specified part # is the base part #. “Alternate Part” – Indicates that the work center certificate is applicable for the specified part and all the alternate parts of the specified part. “Base Part & Alternate Part” – Indicates that the work center certificate is applicable for the specified part, all its alternate parts and the parts for which the specified part is the base part.
Maintenance Type Effectivity	The maintenance types for which the work center certificate is applicable corresponding to the part number or part group.
Description	The textual description of the aircraft model, part or part group.
Remarks	Any additional remarks pertaining to the certification effectivity.
