You can define the skill sets availability for a slot.

The system displays the following for the selected slot:

Total Available Man Hrs.

The total available man hours for the selected slot as defined in the previous page.

Skill #

The unique code identifying skill. The skill code entered here must be a valid code as defined in the “HR Setup” business component (Alphanumeric, 20). .Mandatory

 

Help facility available.

The system displays the following upon selecting the skill code using the help facility:

Skill Description

The description of the skill as defined in the ‘HR Setup’ business component.

Man Hours.

The number of available man hours applicable for the selected skill (Alphanumeric, 6). Note that the sum of available hours in a slot must be equal to the total available man hours of a slot. Mandatory.

Quantity

The count of employees possessing the skill # in the slot.

Effective From

The date from which the selected skill is available for a slot (Date Format). Mandatory

Effective To

The date until which the selected skill is available for a slot (Date Format). The “Effective To” date must be any date after the “Effective From” date.

The system displays the following in the in the “Skill Availability Details” multiline:

Emp. Count

The number of employees who possess the selected skill. The count of employees is obtained from the “Employee Information” business component.

The system displays the value in “Skill Description” field if you entered a value in the Skill # field.

The system transfers the slot attribute details such as, ‘Capability’ and ‘Skill Availability’ to the ’Configure Maintenance Execution Slots’ page.
