Reviewing work execution and reporting actuals
Select the “Review Work Execution and Report Actuals” activity under the “Work Monitoring and Control” business component.
The “Review Work Execution and Report Actuals” page appears.
Note: The system on launch of the page defaults either the Customer Order, Work Order or AME tab pages based on the access rights for the user.
If you launch this screen from the Manage Customer Order or Approve / Close Customer Order page, the system defaults the Customer Order tab in this page.
Enter the following fields in the “Select Ref. Document” group box:
Ref. Doc. # |
The number identifying the reference document, which could be CO / WO / AME. Mandatory. Press the <Enter> key Ensure that the code entered in this field is a valid reference document number as defined in the “Customer Service Order/ Shop Work Order / Aircraft Maintenance Execution” business component respectively. Note that the system lists all the root and other child execution documents only if the user has the access rights to the primary work center of that document. Help facility enabled. |
The system displays the following fields:
Customer Order # / Name |
The code identifying the customer order of the execution document / The name of the customer for whom the execution document was created. The system displays the customer order number and name associated with the particular CO #/ SWO #/ AME # specified in the Ref. Doc. # field. |
Location |
The location that is the Station / Primary Work Center # of the work execution document. |
Enter the following field in the “Select Exe. Document” group box:

Use the drop-down list box to specify or select the code identifying the reference document (root execution document or child execution document) relating to task execution. Mandatory. The system lists the following options: The system displays the root execution document by default, which could be SWO # / AME # in this field. |
Maint. Obj. |
The maintenance object associated with the execution document which could be the Part # / Serial # or the Aircraft Model # / Aircraft Reg. # based on the type of execution document. |
Plan / Actual Date |
The planned / Actual date of the Exe. doc. See table for more details… |
Enter the following fields in the “Select Tasks” group box:
Search By |
Use the drop-down list box to select the basis on which you wish to retrieve task details in the multiline. The system lists the following options:

Addl. Search |
Use the drop-down list box to select the additional basis on which you wish to retrieve tasks details in the multiline. The system lists the options:
The system displays “All Tasks” by default in this field. |

In the editable box alongside, specify the value corresponding to the Task # selected. The system lists details of the task number similar to the value entered in this field. Data entry in this field is mandatory if “Task #” is selected in the “Addl. Search” field. |

Date |
The starting date in the range of dates of the period effectivity of the task from which you wish to retrieve details in the multiline. By default the system leaves this field blank. |

The ending date in the range of dates of the period effectivity of the task within which you wish to retrieve details in the multiline. The system retrieves all the tasks effective within the given period. Ensure that the date entered in this field is later than the date in the “Date” field. By default the system leaves this field blank. |
Select any one of the radio buttons:
WS Level |
Select this radio button to retrieve and display all the tasks for which Workscoping property is set as 'Yes' for their WBS Code and root task if there are multiple workscoping tasks with a hierarchy defined. The WS Level radio button remains selected on launch of this page. |
Detail Level |
Select this radio button to retrieve and display all the tasks (including the non-routines / non-standard tasks) for which Execution Operations is set as 'Yes' for their WBS Code. The system also displays all the Non-Standard tasks which are associated with the Discrepancies along with the other tasks. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search and sort results.
Note: The system retrieves all the root and child execution documents of the customer order provided in the search filter only if the user has access rights to the primary WC of those documents.
The system performs the following:
4 Retrieves all the task #’s from the Shop Work Order # / AME # as per the Work Scoping Level.
4 Displays the actionable tasks i.e., tasks that are in “Draft”, “Fresh”, “Planned”, “In-progress”, or “Complete” status first in the multiline and then the closed and short closed tasks i.e. tasks that are “Pre – Closed”, “Cancelled”, or “Closed” status.
The system displays the following fields in the “Task Details” multiline:

Indicates if the task is mandatory which could by Y for “Yes” or N for “No”. |
TS |
Indicates the status of the task, which could be “Draft”, “Fresh”, “Planned”, “In-Progress”, “Completed”, “Pre-closed”, “Closed”, “Duplicate”, "Cancelled" and “Ext. Routed”. |
HS |
Indicates the Hold status of the task. The system displays the value "On Hold", if the Task is on hold. |
ES |
Display the estimation status of the task, which could be “NR” (Not Required), “PE” (Pending Estimates), “PC” (Pending Confirmation), “CF” (Confirmed), “RE” (Released for Estimates) or “RER” ( Re-estimates Required). |
Task # |
The number identifying the task associated with the execution document. |

A brief description of the task. |
Tracking # |
The tally number of the task in the Execution Reference document. Display with "Blank" for SWO. Display with Tally # for the associated Task for AME. |
Seq. # |
The code identifying the sequence number of the task as defined in the Repair Scheme. |
Rev. # |
The code identifying the latest revision number of the task. |
Enter the following fields in the “Task Details” multiline:
Act. St. Date/Time |
The start date and time of execution of the selected task. Data entry in this field is mandatory if the task is updated to completed status. Note that the system leaves this field blank if Actual Start Date and Time is not available against the Task #. Leave this field blank if:

Act. End Date/Time |
The end date and time of execution of the task. Data entry in this field is mandatory if the task is updated to completed status. Note that the system displays the plan End Date / Time in this field if the actual end date and time are not available. Note that the system leaves this field blank if Actual Start Date and Time is not available against the Task #. Leave this field blank if:
Ensure that the value entered in this field is later than the value specified in the “Act. St. Date/Time” field. |
Exec. Action |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the execution-related action to be performed on the task.
Leave this field blank if the relevant Task # is in “Fresh” status By default the system leaves this field blank. Process parameter dependency for component with empty mandatory positions: If the process parameter “Allow closure of Work Order when mandatory position(s) is/are empty for the main core?” under the entity type Work Order Type and the entity - all user defined Work Order types except '--All Work Orders--' is set as ‘1’/Yes in the Define Process Entities activity of Common Master, the users can close a work order for a component even if empty mandatory positions exist in the component. On the contrary, if the value of the process parameter is 0/No, you cannot close work orders against components with mandatory positions being empty. Process parameter dependency for aircraft with empty mandatory positions: If the process parameter “"Allow closure of AME package when mandatory positions are empty for the aircraft?” under the entity type Package type and the entity - all user defined package types including 'Log Card' except '--All Packages--' is set as ‘1’/Yes in the Define Process Entities activity in Common Master, the users can close the package even if Assembly Status of the aircraft configuration is not “Complete”. On the contrary, if the value of the process parameter is 0/No, you cannot close packages against aircraft with Assembly Status as ‘No’. |
Exec. Comments |
Any remarks by the employee pertaining to the execution of the task number. |

Indicates the percentage of work completed. Data entry in this field is mandatory if the task is updated as “Completed”. Leave this field blank if the relevant Task # is in “Fresh” status. |

Mod. Task Detl.? |
Indicates whether you wish to modify the task details. By default the system displays “Yes” in this field. |
Note: Click the hyperlinked “Yes’ in the Mod. Task Detl.? field to launch the respective page for modification.
Rep. Disc.? |
Indicates whether you wish to report any discrepancies against the task. By default the system displays “Yes” in this field. |
Note: Click the hyperlinked “Yes’ in the Rep. Disc.? field to launch the respective page for reporting discrepancies.
Rep. CR? |
Indicates whether you wish to report component replacement against the task. By default the system displays “Yes” in this field. |
Note: Click the hyperlinked “Yes’ in the Rep. CR? field to launch the respective page for reporting component replacement for tasks.
Note: Ensure that at least one row is selected in the multiline.
Note: Ensure that you do not select a record that is already in Release Status for release again.
Select the “Release” pushbutton to release the work order for execution.
The system performs the following:
4 Releases only those execution documents that are in “Fresh” status
4 Updates the status of the execution document to “Planned”.
Select the “Update Task Status” pushbutton to update status of the task.
The system performs the following:
Allows cancellation of a task only if it is in “Fresh” status.
Allows Complete or preclosure of a task only if the task is in “In-Progress” status.
Allows Closure of a task only if the status of the task is “Completed”.
The system displays the following links in the “Links” panel on the right side of the screen:
Note: On launching the screen from the Customer Order business component, the system displays the appropriate links in each of the stages of work in the “Links” section based on the execution document type and the status of the execution document.
