Seq. Control #

The identification number of the sequence control #.

You can enter the sequence control # in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The search retrieves all parts with sequence control numbers similar to the number that you enter here.

Display Option

Use the drop-down list box to specify the display option for the records retrieved in the multiline. The drop-down list box displays the following: By “Seq. Control #" and “By Part #".

Select:

  • By Part #", to display retrieved records in the order of the part #. Further, the “Search Results” multiline also displays all the child parts of part, if it is a prime part. By default, the display option is set to “By Part #".

  • “By Seq. Control #", to display retrieved records in the order of the sequence control #. The Part #, Mfr. Part #, Mfr. #, Part Description, Prime Part? and Remarks columns do not appear in the “Search Results” multiline, if you select the “By Seq. Control #" in the drop-down list box.

Part #/Mfr. Part #

The part #/manufacturer part # associate with the sequence control #.

You can enter the part #/manufacturer part # in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The search retrieves all parts similar to the part #/ manufacturer part # that you specify here.

Part Description

The short name/description of the part.

You can enter part description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The search retrieves all parts with description similar to that you specify here.

The “Search Results” multiline displays the following:

Seq. Control #

The identification number of the sequence control #.

Seq. Control Description

The short name/description of the sequence control number.

Status

The status of the sequence control number, such as Active or Inactive.

Note: The Mfr. Part # and the Mfr. # columns in the multiline appear and, the Part # column is not available, if the inventory process parameter “Enable Manufacturer Part # control in Transaction” for the category “Manufacturer Part #” is set as ‘1’ in the Logistics Common Masters component. Conversely, The Mfr. Part # and the Mfr. # columns in the multiline do not appear and, the Part # column is available, if the inventory process parameter “Enable Manufacturer Part # control in Transaction” for the category “Manufacturer Part #” is set as ‘0’.

Part #

The identification number of the part.

Mfr. Part #

The manufacturer part # of the part.

Mfr. #

The manufacturer # of the part.

Part Description

The short name/description of the part.

Prime Part?

Indicates whether the part is a prime part for other parts.

Remarks

Additional information on the sequence control #.

Created Date/Time

The date and time on which the mapping for the task and the sequence control # was created.

Created By

The user ID of the employee who created the mapping for the task and sequence control #.

Last Modified Date/Time

The date and time on which the mapping for the task and the sequence control # was most recently modified.

Last Modified By
