Viewing storage details for transfer receipts

This page allows you to view the storage details of the transfer receipt based on the part number selected. Tell me more.

Select the “View Storage Details” link at the bottom of the “View Stock Transfer Receipt” page.

The “View Zone / Bin Details ” page appears.

The system displays the following in the “Stock Transfer Receipt Information” group box:

Transfer Receipt #	The number identifying the transfer receipt for which you want to view the storage details
Status	The status of the stock transfer receipt, which could be “Draft”, “Fresh”, “Cancelled” and “Confirmed”.

Enter the following:

Line #

Use the drop-down list box to select the line number of the transfer receipt to view the storage details. Mandatory.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton, to retrieve the part details of the selected line number.

The system displays the following:

Part #	The number identifying the part
Part Control Type	The type of the part control, which could be “Serial Number” or “Lot Number” or "Both".
Issued Qty	The quantity of the part issued
Stock Status	The user-defined stock status mentioned in the transfer receipt

The system displays the following in the “Storage Information” multiline:

Line #	The line number generated by the system
Warehouse #	The number identifying the warehouse in which the part is to be stored
To WH – Zone #	The number identifying the zone in which the part is to be stored
To WH – Bin #	The number identifying the bin in which the part is to be stored
Stock UOM	The unit of measurement of the stock that must be stored.
Quantity	The number of units of the part that has been received

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “View Serial / Lot Details” link at the bottom of the page to view the serial number and lot number details.

This page allows you to view the storage details of the transfer receipt based on the part number selected. You can view the storage details such as the warehouse and the quantity of the part allowed. You can view the warehouse details of stock transfer receipts of all statuses.
