Viewing stock in warehouse

This page allows you to view the quantity of parts available in the warehouse.

Select the “View Stock in Warehouse” link at the bottom of the “Plan Materials” page.

The “View Stock In Warehouse” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Requested Part Details” group box:

Part #	The number identifying the part for material planning.
Part Description	The textual description of the part.
Total WH Qty	The total quantity of parts available in the warehouse.
Unallocated WH Qty	The total quantity of parts unallocated in the warehouse.
Unallocated MR Qty	The total quantity of the parts unallocated across material requests.

Note: Parts in “Unserviceable” condition will not be considered for calculating the “Total WH Qty”, “Unallocated WH Qty” and “Unallocated MR Qty”.

UOM

The unit of measurement of the part.

The system displays the following fields in the “Requested Part Storage Details” multiline:

Location	The number identifying the location.
Warehouse #	The number identifying the warehouse where the part is stocked.

Zone #	The number identifying the zone.
Bin #	The number identifying the bin.
Lot #	The lot number of the part.
Serial #	The serial number of the part.
Qt.y	The quantity of the part.
UOM	The unit of measurement of the part.
Stock Status	The user-defined stock status of the part.

The system displays the following fields in the “Alternate Part Details” group box:

Note: The system displays the “Alternate Part Details” only if the material request allows alternate parts.

Total WH Qty

The total quantity of alternate parts available in the warehouse.

Note: The system considers only those parts as alternate parts, which have the same prime part number and stock status as the requested part.

Unallocated WH Qty

The total quantity of parts unallocated in the warehouse.

The system displays the following fields in the “Alternate Part Storage Details” multiline:

Part #	The number identifying the alternate part.
Location	The number identifying the location.
Warehouse #	The number identifying the warehouse where the alternate part is stocked.
Zone #	The number identifying the zone.
Bin #	The number identifying the bin.
Lot #	The lot number of the alternate part.
Serial #	The serial number of the alternate part.
Qty.	The quantity of the alternate part.
UOM	The unit of measurement of the alternate part.
Stock Status	The user-defined stock status of the alternate part.
