You can view the quantity of parts associated with the subcontract order. Tell me more.

The “View Quantities In – Transit” page appears.

Date Format

The format in which the date field is displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the “User Preferences” business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “Part Details” group box:

Part #

The number identifying the part for material planning.

UOM

The unit of measurement of the part.

Part Description

The textual description of the part.

Zoom facility available

Total Qty in SCO

The total quantity of parts available due to the “Subcontract Order” transaction.

Unallocated MR Qty

The total quantity of parts unallocated across various material requests for the specified part number and stock status.

The system displays the following fields in the “SCO Details” multiline:

SCO #

The number identifying the subcontract order based on which the material request is generated.

SCO Date

The date on which the subcontract order was generated.

Supplier #

The number identifying the supplier.

Part #

The number identifying the requested part and alternate part.

Note: The alternate part number will be displayed only if the material requests allow alternate part number for the requested part number.

Serial #

The serial number of the part.

Qty

The quantity of the part.

UOM

The unit of measurement of the part.

Stock Status

The user-defined status of the stock.

Return Location

The location to which the stock must be returned.

Return Warehouse #

Viewing subcontract order details – An overview

Plan Material - A Summary of the activity

This page allows you to view the quantity of parts associated with the subcontract order. The system displays sub contract order quantity,

a)       For all the subcontract orders in “Authorized” status

b)       Where the part is same as the requested part number. If they are not the same and the material request line allows alternate part numbers, then the SCO part should have the same prime part as the requested part.

c)       Where the need date is between the starting and ending dates of the requested date range.
