Note: If more than one record exists in the “Maint. Object Details” multiline, the “Part #” field displays “'Multiple” and the rest of the fields display no value in the Part Details group box. Alternatively, if only one part specified for repair, the below-mentioned details are shown.

The system displays the following in the “Part Details” group box:

Part #

The number identifying the part.  

Serial #

The serial number identifying the part.

Part Description

The textual description of the part.

Zoom facility available.

Component #

The number identifying the component for which the repair order is to be viewed.

Condition

The condition of the component.

Owned By

The operator of the airline.

Owner Name

The name of the operator of the airline.

Mfr. #

The number identifying the manufacturer for easy identification.

Manufacturer Name

The name identifying the manufacturer.

Mfr. Part #

The number identifying the part  given by the manufacturer.

Manufacturer Serial #

The serial number identifying the component given by the manufacturer.

Removed From Aircraft Regn #

The aircraft from which the component was removed.  

Model of Applicability

The model of the aircraft.

NHA Part #

The number identifying the parent part, which is otherwise called the next higher assembly.

NHA Serial #

The serial number of the NHA part.

NHA Part Desc

The textual description of the NHA part.

Zoom facility available.

Position in NHA

The position of the component in the NHA part.

Removed at Station

The station where the part was removed.

Reason #

The number identifying the reason.

Reason For Removal

The reason for the removal of the component.

The system displays the following in the “Warranty Claim Details” group box:

Under Warranty

Indicates whether the component is covered under warranty.

Warranty Claim On

The type of warranty claims that could be "Full", 'Partial', “Material”, “Labor”, or  “Others”.

Ref. Document Type

The type of the reference document that grants warranty to the parts in the repair order, such as “Part Warranty Agreement”, “Component Warranty Reference”, “Aircraft Warranty Agreement”, “Purchase Order” and “Repair Order”.

Ref. Document #

The identification number of the reference document  that grants warranty to the parts in the repair order.

Supplier Agreement Ref #

The number identifying the supplier agreement details.

Supplier Warranty Ref #

The warranty reference number provided by the supplier.

Warranty Reference #

The number identifying the component warranty details.

Warranty Type

The type of warranty.

Warranty Claim #

The number identifying the component warranty claim.

 Claim Date

The date on which claim is raised.

Warranty Notes

Notes pertaining to warranty

Zoom facility available.

Claim Acceptance Status

The status of the claim acceptance.

Claim Accepted On

The date on which claim is accepted.

Reason

The reason details of the warranty.
