In this page you can view the additional information entered for the spares issue document. Tell me more.

The “View Zone / Bin & Serial / Lot # Information” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Issue Information” group box:

Issue #

The number identifying the issue for which the additional details are displayed.

Status

The status of the issue document which could be one of the following:

 
  • Draft – when all the mandatory details is not entered for the issue document.

 
  • Fresh – when all the information is added for the issue document.

 
  • Confirmed – when the issue document is confirmed in the “Confirm Maintenance Issue” activity.

 
  • Cancelled – when the issue document is cancelled in the “Edit Issue” or “Confirm Issue” activity.

Warehouse #

The warehouse from where the parts are issued.

Description

The textual description of the warehouse.

Line #

Use the drop-down list box to select the line number for which the additional information must be viewed. The system lists all the line numbers created in the main page.

The system displays the following fields in the “Line # Details” group box:

Part #

The part number for which the additional information is displayed.

Part Description

The textual description of the part.

Stock Status

The status of the stock.

Stock UOM

The unit of measurement of the stock that is defined for the part.

Total Issue Qty

The total number of parts that must be issued.

Transaction UOM

The unit of measurement specified for the part during transaction.

Part Control Type

The part control type, which could be “Lot controlled”, “Serial Controlled”, “Serial & Lot Controlled” or “None”.

Part Type

The type to which the requested part belongs.

Requirement Type

The requirement type for a part, which could be “Specific” or “Normal”.

Preferred Condition

The preferred condition specified for the Part, in the reference document..

The system displays the following fields in the “Storage Information” multiline:

Pick?

Indicates the Status of the Pick List Document. The system lists the following coloured icons:

  • Grey – Indicates that the Pick List document is released and parts are yet to be picked.

  • Orange - If the Part - Serial/Lot in the Issue Line are partially picked.

  • Green - If the Parts in the Issue Line is completely picked.

  • Red - If the Parts in the Issue Line are not required to Pick.(i.e. when the Issue Document is Cancelled or when the Ref. Document is Short closed).

WH – Zone #

The number identifying the zone in the warehouse from where the part is issued.

Bin #

The number identifying the bin in the warehouse from where the part  is issued.

Lot #

The number identifying the lot to which the part belongs.

Part Serial #

The number identifying the serial number of the part  that is issued.

Issued Part Condition

The condition of the spare that is being issued. The system displays one of the following options:

 
  • New –indicates that the part is new.

 
  • Overhauled - indicates that the part is overhauled.

 
  • Serviceable - indicates that the part is serviceable.

 
  • Unserviceable - indicates that the part is unserviceable.

Quantity

The number of parts issued from the zone/bin.

Pick List #

The number identifying the Pick List for the Issue Line.

Expiry Date

The date of expiry of the serial # / lot # being issued

Allocation Rule Compliance?

Indicates whether the allocated serial/lot # is complied with the Allocation Rules of the corresponding material request. The system displays “Green Indicator” if the allocation rule complies and “Orange Indicator” if not complied. On click of the icon, “Review Allocation Details” pop-up appears to display the actual values and compliance indicators against each rule parameter.

Trading Partner Type

The type of the trading partner, which could be “Owned”, “Supplier” or “Customer”.

Trading Partner #

Viewing storage information details – An overview

View Issue – A summary of the activity

In this page you can view the additional information entered for the parts issue document. You can view the details such as the issue number, status, warehouse and its description. The line numbers that are generated for the line items are listed by the system. You can select one of the line numbers and view the zone, bin, serial number and lot number details.

Details such as the zone and bin from where the parts are issued, the lot number, the serial number, the condition of the parts and the quantity of the parts issued are displayed in the multiline.
