Recording consignment consumption details

This tab allows to record / modify / view the consignment consumption details. You can specify the quantity of parts, condition of the part, warehouse in which the consumption is reported etc. The reference document against which the part quantity is ordered can be also be retrieved.

The “Consumption Details” tab appears by default in the page appears in the “Manage Consignment Consumption Reporting” page.

The system displays the following field in the “Consumption Details” multiline.

ERR

The symbol displayed notifying the error message displayed against the consumption report.

Enter the following fields:

Part #	The part number for which Consumption reporting is going to be performed. Mandatory. Help facility available.
Mfr. Srl. #	The manufacturer serial number of the part that was reported as consumed by the Trading partner . Help facility available.
Mfr. Lot #	The manufacturer lot number of the part that was reported as consumed by the Trading Partner . Help facility available.
Lot #	The lot number of the part that was reported as consumed by the Trading Partner. Help facility available.
Customer PO #	The number identifying the Purchase Order of the Customer against which the part quantity is ordered.
Quantity	The quantity of the part-serial/lot # that was consumed . Mandatory.

The system displays the following fields in the multiline:

UOM	The Unit of Measurement defined for the part.
Part Description	The textual description of the part.
Condition	The condition of the part-serial/lot #.

Enter the following fields:

Stock Status	The Stock Status of the part-serial/lot #.
Warehouse #	The number identifying the warehouse in which the consumed parts were stocked . Mandatory.

The system displays the following fields:

Ref.Doc. Type

The type of the reference document against which the part quantity is ordered was ordered .

Enter the following fields:

Ref. Doc. #

The number identifying the reference document which will be the Part Sale Order # .

Help facility available.

Ref. Doc. Line #

The line number of the reference document in which the mentioned part is available .

Help facility available.

The system displays the following fields:

Ref.Details	Any other reference details related to the consumption report. If multiple Part Sale Orders are applicable for the entered record, all the Part Sale Orders shall be concatenated and displayed here.
Addl. Ref. Type	Additional References applicable for the Consumption Report.
Addl. Ref. #	Additional Reference document applicable for the Consumption Report. This will be displayed with the Direct/Unplanned Issue that gets generated for the mentioned record on confirmation of the Consumption report.
Error Messages	Any error message displayed against the consumption report.

Enter the following fields:

Notes	Any notes related to consumption reporting.
Remarks	Any additional remarks related to consumption reporting.

The system displays the following fields:

Line Status	The line status of the record in the multiline.
Mfr. Part #	The manufacturer part number.
Mfr. #	The manufacturer of the part.

Click the “Get Sale Order Ref.” pushbutton to retrieve the reference documents in the multiline.

Select the “Preview Billing Summary” tab view the part sale order details line number wise.
