Confirm Unplanned Issue – A summary of the activity
This page allows you to confirm the unplanned issue document that is created or modified in the “Create Unplanned Issue” or “Edit Unplanned Issue” activities. Only issue documents that are in the “Fresh” status can be confirmed in this activity. You are also provided with the option of canceling the documents that are already created.
Search for the issue documents
You can search for the unplanned issue documents by specifying the issue number, user status, category of the issue, reference document number, warehouse code, the range of dates on which the unplanned issue document is created and the part number that is issued. The system displays the issue number, warehouse description, category of the issue, user status, date on which the unplanned issue is created, and the reference document number in the multiline.
Confirm or Cancel the issue documents
You can select the unplanned issue documents for confirmation or cancellation. You can also select all the documents listed in the multiline. Remarks pertaining to the confirmation or cancellation can also be entered.
The system confirms or cancels the unplanned issue documents and updates the stock levels for the part in the “Stock Maintenance” business component.
