The identification number of the facility referred by the facility object. You can enter the facility number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.

The system retrieves the facility objects associated with the facility numbers having the digits entered here.

Serial #

The serial number associated with the facility object. You can enter the serial number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.

The system retrieves the serial numbers having the digits entered here.

Work Center #

Use the drop-down list box to specify the work center where the tool to be returned was used. The system displays the work centers defined in the “Work Center” business component in active status.

Part Description

The name or description of the part reference of the facility object. You can enter the description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves the descriptions having the characters entered here.

Facility Object User Status

Use the drop-down list to specify the user-defined status of the facility object you want to return. The system displays one of the values defined under the quick code type Facility Object User Status in Work Center business component.

Facility Object Class

Use the drop-down list to specify the user-defined class of the facility object you want to return. The system displays one of the values defined under the quick code type Facility Object Class in Work Center business component.

Ref. Doc Type

Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of the document referred while issuing the facility object. The system displays the following values: "Hangar Work Order", "Component Work Order", "Technical Log" and, "Others".

Ref. Doc #
