Modifying ownership and administration information of facility object

Click the “Ownership and Administration Details” tab in the “Edit Facility Object Record” page.
Modify the following in the “Work Unit and Schedule Details” group box.

Ownership	Use the drop-down list box to specify whether work unit is a "Task" or "Standard Procedure". Specify the identification number of the task or standard procedure for maintenance of the facility object, in the field alongside.
Cost Center	The cost center associated with the facility object. Note: Data entry in this field is mandatory, if The facility object is held by an employee or a tool crib. Conversely, do not select any cost center, if the facility object is held by a work center. The parameter "Cost Center Basis for Resource Adjustment" in the Set Options activity of the Account Group business component is set as ’2’. Help facility available
Customer #	The identification number of the customer, who owns the facility object. This field is mandatory if Customer is specified in the Ownership field. Help facility available
Supplier #	The identification number of the supplier, who owns the facility object. This field is mandatory if Supplier is specified in the Ownership field. Help facility available
Employee #	The identification number of the employee who owns the facility object. This is mandatory if Personal is specified in the Ownership field. Help facility available.
The system displays the following.
Owning Agency Name	This field displays, Customer name if “Customer” is specified in the “Ownership” field. Supplier name if “Supplier” is specified in the “Ownership” field. Employee name if “Employee” is specified in the “Ownership” field.

You can modify the following in the “Administration Details” group box.

Held By	Use the drop-down list box to select the custodian of the facility object. The list box displays the following: "Tool Crib", "Work Center" or "Employee".
Administered By	Use the drop-down list box to select the entity that manages the maintenance of the facility object. The list box displays the following: Facility Maint. Coordinator", "Holding Work Center", "Execution Work Center" or "Admn. Tool Crib".
Held By Employee #	The identification number of the employee, who is the custodian of the facility object. This field mandatory if “Employee” ” is selected in the “Held By” field. Help facility available.
Employee Name	The name of the employee, who is the custodian of the facility object.
Planner Group	Use the drop-down list box to select the group of employees that manages the maintenance of the facility object. This field mandatory if “Facility Maint. Coordinator” is specified in the “Administered By” field. Help facility available.
Holding Work Center #	Use the drop-down list box to select the work center that acts as the custodian of the facility object. This field is mandatory if “Holding Work Center” is specified in the “Held by” field.
Admn. Tool Crib #	Use the drop-down list box to select the tool crib that manages the maintenance of the facility object. This field is mandatory only if “Admn. Tool Crib” is specified in the “Administered By” field.
The system displays the following
Admn. Tool Crib Description	The name / description of the admin. tool crib.
Holding Tool Crib #	The warehouse that holds the facility object in its inventory.
Holding Tool Crib Description	The name / description of the holding tool crib.

You can change the following in the “Location Details” group box.

Location Info.	The organization unit where the facility object is located.
Additional Identification Info.	Any more information on the location of the facility object.
Current Location	The current location of the facility object. When the FOB# is issued to an employee the system displays in the format: Issued \| <Employee Name> (Identified from the Issue/Return Log of the Facility Object #). When the FOB# is in stock the system displays in the format: Tool Crib \| <Tool crib#> (Identified from the Issue/Return Log of the Facility Object #. If FOB# is neither in stock nor issued out, then the system displays as Held by: <Employee/Workcenter>). When the FOB# is sent for External Repair the system displays in the format: Repair \| <Repair Order#> (Identified using the Work Status and Last Exec. Document # field in “Plan Facility Maintenance” screen). When the FOB# is sent for internal work order the system displays in the format: Work Order \| <SWO#> (Identified using the Work Status and Last Exec. Document # field in “Plan Facility Maintenance” screen).
Service Area	Use the drop-down list box to select the area where the maintenance jobs on the facility object is carried out. The system displays one of the following values: “All Work Centers", "Child Work Centers" and "Current Work Center". This field is mandatory if a holding work center is specified.
Rate / Hr	The amount charged for using the facility object for an hour. The field beside displays the currency. This value is inherited from the Facility #, which is defined in the “Create Facilities” activity of the Work Center component.
Other Details	Any additional location-related information.

Click the “Additional Information” tab to modify the supplementary details of the facility object.
