Modifying additional information of facility object

Click the “Additional Information” tab to modify supplementary details of the facility object in the "Edit Facility Object" page.

You can modify the following in the “Last Physical Verification Details” group box, if required.

Verification Date	The date of the most recent physical verification of the facility object.
Comments	Any remarks on the verification process.

You can modify the following in the “Kit Details” group box” group box, if required.

Tool Kit?	Indicates whether the facility object is a tool kit. “Yes”, indicates facility object is a tool kit. “No”, indicates the contrary. You can select the “Edit Tool Kit Details” link to modify the details of the selected tool kit.
Piece Count	The number of parts in the tool kit, if “Yes” is specified in the “Tool Kit” field.
Kit Status	Displays the status of the facility object, if it is a tool kit. “Not Defined”, if the composition details of the tool kit are not defined. “Complete”, if all the parts are of the tool kit are available. “Incomplete”, if all the parts of the tool kit are not available.
Kit Composition	A detailed note on the constituents of the facility object, which is a tool kit.

You can change the following, if required in the “Warranty and Insurance Details” group box.

Warranty No.	The identification number of the warranty for the facility object.
Warranty Expiry Date	The end-date of the warranty period.
Insurance No.	The identification number of the warranty for the facility object.
Insurance Expiry Date	The end-date of the insurance.

The system displays the following in the “Other Details” group box.

Asset #	The asset number for the facility object. This field displays if the facility object is mapped to an asset in the “Maintenance Asset Tracker” component.
Tag #	The tag number for the facility object. This field displays if the facility object is mapped to an asset in the “Maintenance Asset Tracker” component.
You can change the following, if required in the“Other Details” group box.
Facility Object User Status	Use the drop-down list box to select the user-specified status of the facility object.
Facility Object Class	Use the drop-down list box to select the user-specified class of the facility object.
Calibration Reference #	The identification number of the calibration job executed on the facility object. This field is applicable if the part type is “Tool”. Select the “View File” link to see the details of the calibration. Help facility available.
Calibration Remarks	Any comments on the calibration job executed on the facility object.
Remarks	Any general remarks on the facility object.

Click the “Ownership and Administration Details” tab to modify the ownership and administration details of the facility object.
Click the “Facility Maintenance Details” tab to modify maintenance details of the facility object.
