The "Edit Tool Kit Information" page appears.

The system displays the following field:    

Date Format

The format in which the date field is displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

The “Facility Object Details” group box displays the following.

Facility Object #

The identification number of the facility object.

Facility #

The identification number of the facility object.

Part #

The part reference for the facility object.

Kit Status

This field displays one of the following:

  • “Not defined”, if kit details are not yet defined.

  • “Complete”, if all the constituents of the kit are available.

  • “Incomplete”, if few constituents of the kit are not found.

Part Description

The name / description of the part.

Lot #

The lot number to which the facility object # belong.

Serial #

The serial number of the facility object #.

Last Physical Verification Date

The date of the most recent physical verification of the facility object.

Last Physical Verification Comments

Any remarks on the physical verification of the facility object

Kit Composition Details

A narration on the structure / makeup of the facility object.

Constituent Type

Use the drop-down list box, to specify the type of the constituent of  the tool kit / facility object. The system displays the following values: "Standard" and "Non-Standard".

  • Select “Standard”, to indicate the constituent part is maintained by the Stock Maintenance function.

  • Select “Non-standard” to indicate the constituent is not maintained by the Stock Maintenance function. By default, this field displays “Standard”.

Part #

The part number reference for the facility object.

Part Description

The name / description of the part.

Lot #

The lot number of the facility object.

Serial #

The serial number of the facility object.

Reqd. Quantity

The essential number / pieces of the constituent part.

Available Quantity

The number of pieces of the constituent part on hand.

Constituent Status

Use the drop-down list box, to specify the status of the constituent part. The system displays the values defined under quick code type “Constituent Status” in Work Center business component.

Remarks

Any comments on the constituent part.

The multiline displays the detail.

Line #
