View Engg Advice Notes – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to view all the engineering advice notes available in the “Engineering Advice Note” business component. You can search and select an engineering advice note (EAN) for viewing. All the details of the selected EAN are displayed. In case an advice note is not available for the clarification you require, you can raise a new engineering service request to the engineering cell for more clarification.

The “View EAN” page allows you to search and select an EAN for viewing its details. The “View Engg. Advice Note” page allows you to view all the details of the selected EAN. The “View References” page allows you to view the reference document details of the EAN. The “View Aircraft Effectivity” page allows you to view the aircraft effectivity details of the EAN, if the EAN has been raised for an aircraft. The “View Part Effectivity” page allows you to view the part effectivity details of the EAN, if the EAN has been raised for a component or engine. The “View Serial # Effectivity” page allows you to view the part serial number details of the EAN, if the EAN has been raised for a component or engine. The “View Associated Service Request” page allows you to view the ESRs, which have been associated to the selected EAN. The “View ES Request” page allows you to view the details of the selected ESR.
