View reference document details for the engineering service request

Viewing document references for engineering service request

This page allows you to view the reference information for the Engineering service request (ESR) document.

Select the “View References” link at the bottom of the “View Engg Service Request” page.

The “View References” page appears.

The system displays the following in the “Engg Service Req Details” group box:

Engg Service Req #	The number identifying the ESR for which the reference details are displayed.
Aircraft Reg #	The registration number of the aircraft in the ESR for which the reference details are viewed.
Part #	The part fitted on which the maintenance action is being performed and for which the ESR is raised.
Serial #	The serial number of the component on which the maintenance action is being performed for which the ESR is raised.
Subject	The subject of the ES request.

The system displays the following in the “Reference Document Details” multiline.

Reference Doc Type	The type of the reference document.
Document #	The name of the referenced document.
File Name	The name of the file used for reference
Click the hyperlinked file name to view the file details.
Remarks	Additional remarks pertaining to the document.
