View Notes Information

This page allows you to view history of notes recorded for combination of parameters. Based on the combination of parameters passed by the calling component the page allows you to view the previous history of notes in the “Notes Details” multiline.

Click the icon next to the “Remarks” column.

The “View Notes Information” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date & Time Format

The format in which the date and time fields are displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Notes Details” multiline:

Notes	The remarks entered regarding the configuration of the aircraft.
Updated By	The system displays the employee id concatenated with the name of the user who entered the remarks.
Updated Date & Time	The system displays the date and time at which the user updated the remarks.

Select the required notes to be transferred to the main page.
Click the “OK” pushbutton to transfer the required notes to the page.
