Updating airline operator information
Select the “Edit Airline Operator Information” link under the “Edit Airline Operator” activity under the 'Common Master' business component.
The “Edit Airline Operator Information” page appears.
The “Operator Details” group box displays the following details of the operator.
IATA # |
The IATA reference code to identify the airline operator, if the type of airline operator code is “IATA”. |
ICAO # |
The ICAO reference code to identify the airline operator, if the type of airline operator code is “ICAO”. |
Other # |
The reference code to identify the airline operator other than “IATA” or “ICAO”, if the type of airline operator code is “Other”. |
Operator Name |
The name of the airline operator. |
Status |
The status of the maintenance operator, such as Active or Inactive. |
Default Maint Base |
The name of the default maintenance base station of the airline operator |
Call Sign |
The reference code to identify the call sign, if any value is entered in the “ICAO #” field. |
Update the following in the “Address ID Details” multiline.
Address ID |
The unique identifier for the official address of the maintenance operator. Mandatory. |
Address Line 1 |
The first line of the official address. Mandatory. |
Address Line 2 |
The second line of the official address. |
Address Line 3 |
The third line of the official address |
Address Line 4 |
The fourth line of the official address. |
City |
The city in which the office of the maintenance operator is located. |
Zip Code |
The zip code in which the office of the maintenance operator is located. Mandatory. |
State |
The state in which the office of the maintenance operator is located. |
County |
The county in which the office of the maintenance operator is located. |
Province |
The province in which the office of the maintenance operator is located. |
Station # |
The station in which the office of the maintenance operator is located. Help facility available |
Default

Use the drop-down list box to indicate whether the address record will be the default address for the airline operator. The drop-down list box will display No and Yes. Note: You can set Default as ‘Yes’ for only one of the address ID records for the operator |
ISO Country #
|
The ISO # of the country in which the station / official address of the maintenance operator is located. Help facility available |
Phone |
The telephone number for the maintenance operator. |
The email address of the maintenance operator. |

Fax |
The fax number of the maintenance operator. |
Update the following in the “Document Attachment Details” group box.
File Name |
The name of the file that you want to associate with the maintenance operator. Help facility available Click the “View File” link to display contents of the file. |

Enter the following in the “Remarks” group box.
Remarks |
Additional information on the maintenance operator. This information will be included in the engineering reports. |
Click the “Edit Details” pushbutton.
The “Edit Airline Operator Information” page enables you to record / update address details of airline operator. You can set a single address from among multiple addresses as the default for the operator. This page will display previously saved values, if any.
You can also attach files containing miscellaneous data and logo of the operator, which can be used for future reference. Select the maintenance operator record in the multiline and then click the “Edit Airline Operator Information” link in the “Edit Airline Operator” page.
