Set Cycle Count Options– A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to specify various system parameters needed for the execution of cycle counting. You can also set user privileges for certain parameters. In this activity, you can specify the following:

• classification method for the cycle count

• count and recount tolerance values for various classes in the classification method

• enable or disable the display of system quantity for the parts

• set recount as mandatory or non-mandatory

• include or exclude zero quantity parts in the cycle count

• set count entry mode as all stock or discrepant stock

• set the numbering type for the correction transaction

• allow or disallow modification of random parts selection

• consider or omit closed plan for random parts

• specify the adjustment tolerance value
