This page enables you to view serial and lot details for tags.

The “View Serial & Lot Details.” page appears.

The system displays the following in the “Plan Level Details” group box:

Tag #

The number identifying the tag.

Tag Type

The type of tag, which could be “General Tags”, “Bulk Tags” or “Bulk-Storage area Tags”.

PI Plan#

The number identifying the PI plan.

PI Plan Description

The textual description of the PI plan.

Warehouse #

The warehouse for which the PI plan was generated.

Warehouse Description

The textual description of the warehouse.

Line #

Use the drop-down list box to select the line number of the part for which the serial and lot details and storage details must be viewed. The system lists all the line numbers in the physical inventory plan which contain part numbers that are either lot number-controlled or serial number-controlled.

The system displays the following in the “Part Details” group box:

Part #

The number that identifies the part for which you wish to view the serial and lot number details.

Part Description

The textual description of the part.

WH- Zone #

The number that identifies the zone in the warehouse where the part is stored.

Bin#

The number that identifies the bin in which the part is stored.

Part Control Type

The type of part control, which could be “Serial number controlled” or “Lot number controlled”.

Part Type

The type of the part, which could be "Raw Material", "Tool", "Kit", "Expandable", "Component", "Consumable" or "Miscellaneous".

Transaction UOM

The unit of measurement of parts for the transaction.

Stock Status

The user-defined stock status of the part.

Count Quantity

The counted quantity of parts.

Stock Quantity

The quantity of parts available as per the system inventory record.

The system displays the following in the “Serial /Lot Details” group box:

Line #

The line number generated by the system for every part in the multiline.

Manufacturer Serial #

The serial number issued by the manufacturer.

Manufacturer Lot #

The lot number issued by the manufacturer.

Quantity

The quantity of the part counted, for the serial number or lot number.

Condition

The condition of the part.

Serial / Lot Type

The type of the serial number and lot number, which could be “Existing” or “New” for a part of type ”Component” or for a part which is “Shelf Life Controlled”.

Certificate Info.

Indicates whether the certificate information is “Recorded”, “Not Recorded” or “Not Applicable” for a part.

The system displays the following in the “Count Information” group box:

Counted By

The name of the user who counted the part.

Counted Date

The date on which the part was counted.
