Edit Quick Code – A summary of the activity

The “Edit Quick Code” activity allows you to modify the details of the quick codes that are already defined in the ”Create Quick Codes” activity. The ”Edit Quick Code” page allows you to specify the search criteria and select the quick codes that you need to modify. You can search based on the quick codes or the status.

What you can do in this activity

Activate or inactivate quick codes

You can change the status of the quick code to “Active” or “Inactive”. An “Inactive” quick code is disabled from future reference in other activities.

Use the “Status” field in the multiline to change the status of the quick code to “Active” or “Inactive”.
