This activity allows you to create a CC Sheet (CCS) based on the overdue date. A CC sheet is a physical document that lists all the items to be counted and their locations in the warehouse and/or zone. You can modify the details of the CC sheet before confirming it. You can also view the warehouse and zone information, in this activity.
Status of the cycle count sheet at the line level
Generated: When a part is included in a CC sheet, the line items will acquire this status. A CCS when created will have all its line items in this status.
Counted: When the count results for a line item are confirmed and the count quantity falls within the recount tolerance, the line item will acquire this status.
Pending Recount: When a ’counted’ part is due for ‘recount’. A line item acquires this status when the count results have been confirmed and the count quantity falls outside the recount tolerance and if the “Recount required” data item is set as “Mandatory” for the sheet.
Recounted: When a line item has undergone the recounting process and the recount results are confirmed.

All line items, which are in “Counted” or “Recounted” status at the time of authorization of sheet results, and for which the count/recount quantity falls within the count/recount tolerance, will acquire this status. The part is released when it attains this status.
For Adjustment: When the count results of a discrepant part are authorized. All line items which are in “Counted” or “Recounted” status at the time of sheet results authorization and for which the count/recount quantity falls beyond the count/recount tolerance, will acquire this status. The part is released when it attains this status.
Canceled: All line items will acquire this status, when a cycle count sheet is canceled. The cycle count sheet can be cancelled only in the “Draft” status.
Short Closed: All the line items in the “Generated” status will acquire the ‘Short closed’ status, when a cycle count sheet is short closed.
