The “Record Missing Part List” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date & Time Format

The format in which the date and time fields are displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The page displays the following in the “Work Order Details” group box.

Ref. Doc #

The shop work order associated with the component for which you want to record missing part details.

Note: The Mfr. Part # and Mfr. Serial # are displayed only if "Enable Manufacturer Part # control in Transaction" is set as "Yes" in the Set Inventory Process Parameters activity of the Logistics Common Master component. However, if "Enable Manufacturer Part # control in Transaction" is set as "No”, Mfr. Part #, Mfr. Serial # and Mfr. # are not displayed though Part #and Serial # are displayed  in the group box.

Mfr. Part #

The manufacturer part # of the component associated with the shop work order.

Mfr. Serial #

The manufacturer serial # of the component associated with the shop work order

Mfr. #

The manufacturer of the component.

Note: The Mfr. Part # is displayed only if "Enable Manufacturer Part # control in Transaction" is set as "Yes" in the Set Inventory Process Parameters activity of the Logistics Common Master component. However, if "Enable Manufacturer Part # control in Transaction" is set as "No”, Mfr. Part # and Mfr. # are not displayed though Part # and Serial # are displayed in the multiline.

Part #

The part that is missing from the component, Mandatory.

The manufacturer part # of the part missing from the component, Mandatory.

Mfr. Serial #

The manufacturer serial # of the part missing from the component, Mandatory.

Mfr. #

The manufacturer of the part missing from the component.

The manufacturer number is mandatory, if

§          The manufacturer part # you have specified in not defined in the Part Administration component.

§          More than one manufacturer exists for the manufacturer part # that you have specified.

Serial #

The serial # of the part missing from the component.

Lot #

The lot # of the part missing from the component

UOM

The unit of measurement of the part missing from the component, Mandatory.

Help facility available

Qty

The quantity of the part missing from the component, Mandatory.

You must specify a positive number in this field.

Additional information on the missing part.

The multiline displays the following.

Created By

The login user who created the missing part list for the first time.

Created Date & Time

The date on and time at which the missing part list was created for the first time.

Modified By

The login user who most recently modified the missing part list.

Modified Date & Time

The “Record Missing Part List” is activity enables you to record details of parts that are missing from a component during execution of a shop work order. Shop mechanics can record details of missing parts including manufacturer details, serial or lot details, quantity and UOM of the missing parts. .
