Entering additional filter criteria for retrieving the maintenance log details

Select the “Additional Filter Criteria” tab in the "View Maintenance Log" page, to enter the additional filter criteria for retrieving the maintenance log details for the aircraft or component.
Check the following boxes in the “Additional Filter Criteria” group box, if you wish to view the “Documents” pertaining to the maintenance log:

Component Attachments

Check this box, if you wish to view the documents pertaining to the component attachment transactions.

If this box is checked, the system retrieves the transaction documents with latest revision # in “Confirmed” status involving attachment of the component.

Component Removals

Check this box, if you wish to view the transaction documents pertaining to the removal of component from the aircraft.

If this box is checked, the system retrieves the transaction documents with latest revision # in “Confirmed” status involving removal of the component.

Note: If the “Component Attachments” or “Component Removals” box is checked, the system retrieves the component replacement transactions involving the main component as the attached or removed component, or as the immediate parent of the attached or removed component.

Discrepancies	Check this box, if you wish to view the transaction documents pertaining to the discrepancies reported. If this box is checked, the system retrieves the discrepancies that are in the terminating status.
Engineering Document	Check this box, if you wish to view the transaction documents pertaining to the engineering document. If this box is checked, the system retrieves the eng. documents with the latest revision number, in the “Confirmed” status, or in any other terminating status.
Fleet Campaign Directive	Check this box, if you wish to view the transaction documents pertaining to the fleet campaign directive. If this box is checked, the system retrieves the FCDs with latest revision number, in any terminating status.
Engineering Service Request	Check this box, if you wish to view the transaction documents pertaining to the engineering service request. If this box is checked, the system retrieves the engineering service requests that are in “Confirmed” or any other terminating status.
Visit Package	Check this box, if you wish to view the transaction documents pertaining to the visit packages associated to the aircraft. If this box is checked, the system retrieves the visit packages with latest revision number, which are in “Approved” or any other terminating status.
Hangar Work Order	Check this box, if you wish to view the transaction documents pertaining to the hangar work orders associated to the aircraft. If this box is checked, the system retrieves the hangar work orders that are in “Confirmed” or any other terminating status.
Hangar COM	Check this box, if you wish to view the transaction documents pertaining to the certificate of maintenance issued for the aircraft. If this box is checked, the system retrieves the certificate of maintenance in “Confirmed” status or any other terminating status, issued after the execution of the hangar work order.
Journey Log	Check this box, if you wish to view the transaction documents pertaining to the journey log associated to the aircraft. If this box is checked, the system retrieves the journey logs with latest revision number, which are in “Approved” status.
Technical Log	Check this box, if you wish to view the transaction documents pertaining to the technical log. If this box is checked, the system retrieves the technical logs with latest revision number, which are in “Approved” or any other terminating status.
Tech Log – COM	Check this box, if you wish to view the transaction documents pertaining to the certificate of maintenance of the technical log. If this box is checked, the system retrieves the certificate of maintenance with latest revision number which are in “Approved” or any other terminating status, issued after the execution of the technical log.
Occurrence Reports	Check this box, if you wish to view the transaction documents pertaining to the occurrence reporting. If this box is checked, the system retrieves the occurrence reports that are in “Confirmed” or any other terminating status.
Work Scope	Check this box, if you wish to view the transaction documents pertaining to the work scope. If this box is checked, the system retrieves the work scopes that are in the terminating status.
Component Work Order	Check this box, if you wish to view the transaction documents pertaining to the component work order. If this box is checked, the system retrieves the component work orders that are in the terminating status.
Repair Order	Check this box, if you wish to view the transaction documents pertaining to the repair order. If this box is checked, the system retrieves the repair orders that are in the terminating status.
COM-CWO	Check this box, if you wish to view the transaction documents pertaining to the certificate of maintenance of the component work order. If this box is checked, the system retrieves the certificate of maintenance in the terminating status, issued after the execution of the component work order.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search results in the “Maintenance Log” multiline.

Select the “Search Criteria” tab in the main page, to enter the search criteria for retrieving the maintenance log details.
