You can view the operational details of the component in this tab.

The system displays the following in the “Operational Details” group box:

Manufactured Date

The date on which the component was manufactured.

Induction Date

The date on which the component was inducted into the system.

Operational Date

The date on which the component is put to operation.

Maint. / Resp. Work Center #

The code identifying the work center.

Work Center Description

The textual description of the work center.

Planning Base

The organizational unit to which you have logged into is determined as the planning base.

Default Maint Base

The organizational unit in which the maintenance activities of the component must be carried out.

Planner Code

The planner responsible for planning the maintenance activities on the selected component.

Planner Name

The name of the planner specified in the “Planner Code” field. If you have modified the planner code, the system updates this field on clicking the “Update Part Information” button.

Component Condition

Indicates, the condition of the component. The system displays either one of the following:

 
  • New – Indicates that it is a new component.

 
  • Overhauled – Indicates that the component has to be repaired.

 
  • Serviceable - Indicates that the component is in use.

 
  • Unserviceable – Indicates that the component is unusable or pending to be repaired.

 
  • Phased Out - Indicates that the component cannot be used for any operation.

From / To Date

The date from / till which the component condition becomes effective or the component has been defined in the system.

Stock Status

The stock status of the component, which could be “Accepted”, “Held”, “Quarantined”, “Rejected”, “Customer Goods”, “Consignment” and “PBH”.

Replacement Type

The type of replacement that part must undergo, which could be one of the following:

  • LRU – Indicates the part can be replaced in the “Line Replacement Unit”.

  • SRU – Indicates the part can be replaced in the “Shop Replacement Unit”. The part has to be taken to the shop for replacement

Execution Facility

The location where the part can be repaired. The system displays one of the following:

  • “In-house” – Indicates that the part can be repaired in the operator’s shop.

  • “Outsource” – Indicates that the part can be repaired in the third party's location such as an authorized repair shop of the supplier.

  • “In-house & Outsource” – Indicates that the part can be repaired in the operator’s shop or in the third party’s location.

Preferred Repair Agency

The preferred repair agency for repairing the part.

Marked for Retirement?

Indicates whether the component is marked for retirement or not. The system displays “Yes” or “No”.

The system displays the following field in the “Daily Usage Details” group box:

Lead Parameter

The consumption parameter to be identified as the lead parameter.

Average Daily Utilization

The average daily utilization of the lead parameter based on which the forecast factor of the parameter is calculated.
