In this page you can define quick codes for aircraft and components.
Select the “Create Quick Codes” link under the “Aircraft” business component.
The “Create Quick Codes” page appears.
Enter the following field:
Quick Code Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the quick code type for which quick codes have to be defined. The system provides the options “Aircraft Group category”, “Aircraft Type”, “Aircraft Status”, “Model Type”, “Usage Type”, "Aircraft Details - 1", "Aircraft Details - 2", "Component Details - 1", "Component Details - 2", "Component Details - 3", “Equipment Group”, “Manufacturer Category”, “Mod Category” , “Mod Classification”, "User Defined Details1", "User Defined Details2", "User Defined Details3", "User Defined Details4", "User Defined Details5" and “Lower Landing Minimum”. . The system displays “Aircraft Type” by default. |
Enter the following fields in the “Quick Code Details” multiline:
Quick Code |
The identifier of the quick code (Alphanumeric, 25). Mandatory. This field can be a combination of characters and digits. Ensure that the quick code is unique for the organizational unit. |
Description |
The textual description of the quick code (Alphanumeric, 80). Mandatory. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the quick code for deletion.
Click the Delete icon in the tool bar above the multiline, to delete the quick codes selected in the multiline.
Click the “Create Quick Codes” pushbutton to create the quick codes.
Note: : The system creates a quick code for each record in the multiline for the “Quick Code Type” selected in the header and sets the status of the created quick code as “Active” and creation date to the server date of the login OU.
