Maintaining manufacturer ATA details

Select the “Maintain Manufacturer ATA# Details” link in the “Edit ATA Chapter” page.

The “Maintain Manufacturer ATA# Details” page appears.

The system displays the following field in the “ATA Details” group box:

ATA #	The number identifying the ATA chapter.
Chapter Description	The textual description of the ATA chapter.

Enter the following fields in the “Manufacturer ATA# Details” multiline.

Manufacturer #	The code identifying the aircraft manufacturer (Alphanumeric, 45). Ensure that the code is defined as a supplier code in the “Supplier” business component, with the “Supplier Class” set as “Manufacturer”. Help facility available.
Manufacturer ATA #	The code identifying the manufacturer’s ATA code (Alphanumeric, 16).
Manufacturer ATA Chapter Description	The textual description of the manufacturer’s ATA code (Alphanumeric, 150).
Status	Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the manufacturer ATA code. The system lists the options “Active” and “Inactive”. The system displays “Active” by default.
Remarks	Any additional comments pertaining to the manufacturer ATA details (Alphanumeric, 255).

Note: Ensure that at least one record is available in the multiline.

Click the “Maintain Manufacturer ATA#” pushbutton to update the manufacturer ATA details.

Note: Ensure that the combination of the manufacturer code and manufacturer ATA code in the multiline is unique for the ATA chapter specified in the “ATA Details” group box.
