Create Zones – A summary of the activity

The ‘Create Zones’ activity enables you to define the aircraft zones. You may outline the map of the aircraft and refer the different areas in the aircraft as zones. The entire aircraft is divided into number of zones and a unique number identifies each zone.

You can select an aircraft model and identify the zones. You can enter a unique number for the zone and provide a description for it. You can also associate a category to the zone. The system assigns the “Active” status as soon as the zone is created and sets the created date and time to the server date and time respectively. You should ensure that the zone number is unique across all locations, within the company.
