Using online help

This activity allows you to create and maintain user information. This activity is the initial step in the admin process. In this activity you are allowed to specify the entire details of the user as user name, user password, email id, expiry period for user account and the effective from and to date of the user account. You are also allowed to specify whether to enable or disable the user account.

The “User Creation” page appears.

User Name

The unique name identifying the user used to fetch the user details.

Full Name

The full name of the user used to fetch the user details.

User Disabled

Use the drop-down list box to select whether to enable or disable the user account. The combo is loaded with “Yes” and “No”. The system displays “No” as default on launch of the page.

Reset All User

Check this box, to enable / unlock all users.

To fetch the user details

User Name

The unique name identifying the user to create user account. Mandatory

Full Name

The full name of the user. Mandatory

User Password

The user password used to access the application. Mandatory

middlename

The middle name of the user.

lastname

The last name of the user.

User Description

The detailed description of the user. Mandatory

email

The email address of the user.

User Disabled

User A/C Exp Period(Days)

The date on which the user account gets expired.

Effective From Date

The starting date from which the user account gets activated.

Effective To Date

The ending date until which the user account would be in activation.
