Help On Default Activity

This page helps you to select and fetch the default activity which is mapped to the role – OU combinations for transferring the details to the field where it is required. You can search the default activity by specifying the role name and OU instance name which is mapped to the activity. Based on the search criteria specified, the system fetches the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected default activity details are transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.

Click the lens icon next to the “Default Activity” Field.

The “Help On Default Activity” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the header:

Role Name	The role name of the user by which you wish to retrieve the activity details.
Role Description	The description of the user role.
OU Instance	A unique name identifying the OU instance mapped to the role by which you wish to retrieve the activity details.
OU Instance Desc.	The description of OU instance.
Component Name	The component name by which you wish to retrieve the activity details.
Component Description	The description of the component name.

Click the “Fetch Activities For Role OU” pushbutton to fetch all default activities details.

The system retrieves and displays the following in the multiline:

Role Name	The role name of the user.
Role Description	The description of the user role.
Ouinstance	A unique name identifying the OU instance mapped to the role.
OUDescription	The description of OU instance.
ActivityName	The activity name mapped to the role – OU combinations.
Activity Description	The description of the activity.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the activity for Role – OU mapping.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
